General Terms
By booking or purchasing any treatments, packages, or memberships from Sol’Visage, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and we recommend reviewing them regularly to stay informed.
Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made for treatments, courses, memberships, and products are non-refundable. Once a transaction has been completed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances. Please ensure you understand the treatment plan and financial commitment before making a purchase.
Membership Plans
Sol’Visage offers exclusive membership options, including the Glow Up Club and Illuminate Plan.
- All memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment.
- Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled in writing with at least 30 days’ notice after the initial 6-month term.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the registered member.
- Discounts or complimentary services included in a membership cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other treatments.
- Failure to make a monthly payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.
Package Validity
All treatment courses and packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining sessions will expire and cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred. We encourage clients to book appointments in advance to make full use of their package.
No-Show Policy
Failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a No-Show. A £30 deposit will be required to rebook future appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the treatment cost on the day or carried over to the next appointment.
To avoid this charge, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel.
Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a No-Show (see policy above).
Please contact us as soon as possible if you expect to be late. While we will always try to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee your full treatment time once the session has begun.
Loyalty Points (if applicable)
- Loyalty points are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the account holder.
- Points can only be used for eligible services and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Points are not valid on treatments performed by visiting or third-party practitioners.
Medical Conditions
Please disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and health conditions prior to treatment. Some conditions and medications may make treatments unsuitable. If your health status changes, please inform us immediately.
All information provided is treated as strictly confidential.
Photography Consent
Before-and-after photos may be taken to monitor treatment progress. These images will remain confidential unless you provide written consent for their use in Sol’Visage marketing materials, including social media, website, or promotional campaigns.
Liability & Risks
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective treatments, no procedure is entirely risk-free. By proceeding, you acknowledge the potential for side effects such as redness, swelling, bruising, or other temporary complications.
Sol’Visage will not be liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical history, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or misuse of products.
Pricing Disclaimer
Treatment prices are based on a standard female dosage. Male patients may incur higher costs due to the increased amount of product required.
Final pricing will always be confirmed during consultation.
Liability
Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment guidance provided by Sol’Visage. The clinic accepts no responsibility for complications that arise from failure to adhere to aftercare instructions.
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit Sol’Visage’s liability for personal injury or negligence.
Data Protection (GDPR)
Sol’Visage takes your privacy seriously. All personal and medical information is securely stored and handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Complaints Policy
Sol’Visage is committed to delivering exceptional care and professionalism at every stage of your journey. If you are dissatisfied with any part of your experience, please let us know so we can address your concerns promptly.
- Wherever possible, please raise concerns directly with a member of the Sol’Visage team immediately after your treatment.
- Complaints should ideally be submitted within 6 months of the incident. In certain cases, we may investigate concerns up to 12 months if there is reasonable cause for delay.
